I had the opportunity to coach the first DevOps team at Anthem.
I reached out to Pim because my Production Support team was using a third party tool called Kanban Flow instead of Enterprise JIRA. Anthem wanted us to migrate their last eight sprints in the Kanban Flow tool into the Enterprise JIRA, I wanted Pim’s help with the migration.
Step 1: We formed four groups of 4-6 people who understood their purpose of their products
