I reached out to Pim because my Production Support team was using a third party tool called Kanban Flow instead of Enterprise JIRA. Anthem wanted us to migrate their last eight sprints in the Kanban Flow tool into the Enterprise JIRA, I wanted Pim’s help with the migration. We talked to leadership about him coming from Atlanta and not just help my Production Support team, but to train all my teams on Enterprise JIRA so they would all be consistent.
The suite of JIRA applications from Atlasssian are a great set of tools. The class was trained which covered the use of JIRA Software and JIRA Core in depth. He also covered the basics of JIRA Service Desk, JIRA Portfolio, and Confluence. I feel the training that Pim facilitated to my teams gave them a better understanding of learning JIRA while being coached by experienced project management professionals is extremely effective. I found Pim’s training was a unique approach to helping the teams learn JIRA.
