I am a focused and results oriented Information technology and project management professional. I have end-to-end delivery experience in both services and product organizations. I have successfully delivered critical projects and programs at various roles that include: Agile DevOps Coach, Enterprise and Team Coach. Worked as a Senior IT project manager, Delivery Manager and Scrum Master in both services and product organizations. I have strong experience in software development, estimation and planning, operations, strategy and account management. I strongly believe in servant leadership and have been following it in my career. My developer background helps me to work with the development teams very closely and to be able to help them when needed.

I also have strong organizational Agile transformation experience and I played a critical role in the Agile transformation for Anthem, Apps Associates and AIG TravelGuard which was based as multi-location product development organizations. As part of the transformation I was responsible to work with the transformation lead to help defining the transformation approach, created training content, conducted the training and coached the teams for their duration of sprints.
