Agile DevOps Coach
When people think about DevOps transformations within an enterprise, for many, the first thing that comes to mind is a technology overhaul. They think of IT teams, development tools, software automation, and rapidly flowing software deployment. But successful DevOps transformations involve much more than technology and automating software development, deployment, and management.
It turns out that one of the most challenging aspects of a successful DevOps transformation is changing culture: how people work together, and how each person views their role and their relationships with others in the application delivery pipeline and the organization.
As an Agile DevOps Coach our team’s business goal is to develop a central information source housing an intelligent, dynamic priority system with automatic deferral coding, work assignments and routing for optimum allocation of daily effort.
Setting up a support team using Kanban so they can pull their work on bugs, issues and incidents. The rest of the team will be implementing Scrum where we estimate and plan our work in two week sprints.
