Certified Scrum Professional® (CSP)
I recently received my CSP Certified Scrum Professional Certification. To become a CSP level you have to have the demonstrated experience, documented training, and proven knowledge in the art of Scrum. CSPs challenge their Scrum teams to improve the way Scrum and other Agile methods are implemented for every project.

I started volunteering at SIRE Therapeutic Horsemanship in Spring, TX on Wednesdays and Saturdays. I assist our clients in a variety of ways, both inside and outside the riding arena.
Global Scrum Gathering in Munich Germany
It was an amazing experience to be able to be a Presenter at the Global Scrum Gathering in Munich. My presentation was on a topic called “Lead Learning Out” which is a teaching methodology developed by Apple for working with clients and One to One customers at Apple and designed to reduce the fear and explore with the learner. I taught this methodology and shared teaching experiences with my fellow Scrum colleagues.
For my opening hello as a Presenter in Munich, Germany, I wanted to say "Greetings from Texas in German! So traveling from Houston to Germany I practiced and put it on my opening slide! Viele Grüße aus Texas! Which means "Greetings from Texas"
