My goal as an Agile Coach is to make sure the teams practice Scrum by building “products” with LEGO bricks. Now the tricky question is how to combine the two roles: a Product Owner (who is not owning the process) and a class trainer (who has an interest in running it with Scrum) as the mayor of the city.
It’s fun and it gets your team members out of their seats and interacting and building the city together. The DevOps team had a small budget because they were my first team to train using the legos, so they were only able to build the Police Station. This team works very well together, they are an inspiring team!
